What's New and Answers to Common Questions about season pass discounts for the 2026-2027 season.

NEW - NYSKI3 has Partnered with Mountain Collective.

If you're over 70 and in the Northeast, this is for you.The NYSKI3 season passes already cover Whiteface Mountain, Gore and Belleayre. They do have a nice rate for seniors 70 or older, even better if you're renewing a pass. What's new is if you buy the FULL season senior pass (it has to be the full) you also qualify for 50% off daily lift tickets at the window for any Mountain Collective locations worldwide in 2026-2027. There are additional perks for nordic skiing and discounts for some northeast partners. For the full terms we recommend you visit the Whiteface, Belleayre or Gore website for season pass information, then also click into any details on the recent addition of Mountain Collective perks.

Common Question - Does Epic Pass have senior rates?

Yes, but not for every pass. Epic made a big public relations push this month about adding discounted rates for younger skiers. All the media I've seen neglects to mention seniors - anywhere. This left skiers at advanced ages scratching their heads if Epic offers any senior rates. They do discount some of their regional or single mountain passes, but not their main pass. What age qualifies as senior varies from pass to pass. The youngest seems to be 65 and up. To find these deals, go to the Epic Pass site's listing of all season passes. On each pass click the dropdown for age (if there is one) and then see if there are senior offerings and the related details.

Common Question - What's the Western US & South America pass that's free for seniors?

The Power Pass has traditionally offered free season passes to seniors 75 or older to these locations under Mountain Capital Partners: Sipapu, Purgatory, Snow Bowl, Brian Head, Pajarito, Lee Canyon, Nordic Valley, Willamette Pass, Sandia Peak, Valle Nevado, La Parva and Spider Mountain. As of the time of this post, details on the 2026-2027 passes were not available yet. (we asked) If that is your region, you may want to keep an eye on Power Pass for news.
